From a young age, I’ve been immersed in the world of performance, learning like every kid, with homemade videos on the family camcorder! My comfort in public speaking and performing helped me secure leading roles and directing shows during school, whilst also attending weekly acting classes and workshops for over three years at the Australian Acting Academy. This passion eventually evolved into a career, beginning with teaching acting at Shake and Stir Theatre Company and landing my first acting agent at just 15, where I began obtaining roles in both film and television.

After high school, I was one of only 16 students accepted into the highly competitive Queensland University of Technology’s “Bachelor of Fine Arts: Acting” program, where I completed my studies at the top of my class. With a demanding and rigorous schedule at QUT, I developed a strong foundation in the Morris Technique, which is deeply rooted in Stanislavsky’s principles. This intensive training, along with a comprehensive education in voice, movement, character development, script analysis, and techniques such as Meisner and Chubbuck, prepared me to become both a performer and an instructor.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my expertise with others, including tutoring at The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA)—Australia’s premier acting school—since 2016. I’ve worked both in person and online, adapting my teaching methods during the pandemic to continue guiding students on their acting journeys. I’ve honed my skills in film, television, and theatre, each demanding unique approaches but all grounded in the realism that I strive to inspire in my students.

Through my semi-private acting courses, I offer personalized guidance that ensures each student feels confident in their newfound abilities. My goal is to equip you with a solid foundation in acting, one that you can build upon as you pursue your own career.
